Year End 2024 Financial Highlights At December 31, 2024, ProQR held cash and cash equivalents of € 149.4 million, compared to € 118.9 million at December 31, 2023. The Company experienced a net positive cash flow from operating activities in 2023 primarily due to the receipt of the Lilly up-front payment of $60 million in February 2023.
